Contact the agency that markets duct and dryer vent companies
There are two doors. Fill in your name, email address, phone number and a note, or tick the box for a call and select a weekday slot. Both reach the same desk.
Bring your route map and a question or two
Describe the services your crews sell and the towns they cover in the message box, and add a time for a call if you would rather hear a voice than read an email.
Which towns, and which service should the vans fill first?
Name the towns where a van has open space on the calendar, and say whether that space is meant for whole-house duct work, dryer vent visits or both. A few lines will do, and customer names or home addresses are not needed.
Questions before you write to a marketing agency for duct crews
What belongs in the message box?
The services your company sells, the towns your vans cover, whether you have a website you like, and whether any ads are running now. A few lines are enough to start. The services page shows the plans those answers lead to.
How does the call time work?
Tick the box under the message, then choose a weekday and a half-hour. Our calendar runs on Eastern Time, and the slots are shown on whichever clock you select. The phone number you typed is the one that gets dialed.
Do I have to book a call, or can I only write?
Writing is enough. The call is optional. Leave the box unticked and send the message alone.
Who makes the call?
Our CEO dials you at the start of the slot you chose, so keep the phone you typed in nearby when that slot comes up.
What does the first conversation cover?
Your services, your towns, and which plan from the pricing page matches the work. Nothing about how your crews clean is up for discussion, because that part is yours.
Do I commit to anything by booking a slot?
No. The plans carry no contract term and no startup fee, so a call is a conversation and nothing more.
The next frame is a phone call
